Owner, Gabrielle Leone comes from an Italian family of food lovers and restauranteurs, and has been intrigued by and passionate about food and cooking from a young age. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in 2002, she followed her love of food and worked in a variety of positions throughout the restaurant and food industry. Particularly, after working on an organic farm in Italy for a summer, she knew for sure her path in the culinary world was the one she was meant to follow. Eventually she realized she could combine her longtime wish of being a business owner, with a food career, and founded Olive Branch Personal Chef Service in 2008.
Not only is she passionate about cooking from-scratch, gourmet food, using the freshest and highest quality ingredients, but about health as well. Shortly after starting Olive Branch, she successfully embarked on her own health and weight loss journey. This experience made her knowledgable and passionate about helping clients who are facing similar challenges. She loves helping others improve their health while enabling them to still enjoy food. She also greatly enjoys making it possible for her clients to have more time and less stress in their day, adding hours back into busy individuals’ and families’ lives every week, and “bringing peace to mealtime” for them.
Olive Branch has grown since the start, and now includes other chefs in addition to Gabrielle. All of the chefs have a passion for cooking, backed up by solid culinary training and experience. They enjoy helping clients meet their health and lifestyle goals, as well as making dinnertime more relaxing, enjoyable, and delicious.
